We actually switched agents to Brook as we were getting frustrated with the first agent, not to mention it was imperative that we have an excellent agent to guide us through this crowded and competitive market. Brook was great throughout the entire process. He was very patient with us and was actually good about calling out faults or areas of concern in the homes we were looking at. I recently purchased my first home with Chris and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase their first home! Chris walked us through the home buying process in great detail, always responding to our texts and calls immediately. He is knowledgeable about the South Bay region prices and trends and encouraged the appropriate inspections on our 1950's home (Eg. older homes may have clay piping so he recommends a sewer inspection). Ultimately, Chris was never pushy and worked to our comfort level at all stages. From casually looking (by creating a customized MLS RSS feed) to helping us win in a multi-bid scenario, Chris was a pleasure to work with.
